- Experience: 01 to 10 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ Diploma/ ITI
Desired Profile:
- Production
- Having exposure of operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification, and maintenance of solution preparation systems.
- Manufacturing skids, Fedegari Autoclave, Lyophilizer, Vial washing & tunnel, Vial/Ophthalmic/PFS filing & Aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, Active freeze drying System.
- Isolator Experience is preferred.
- Compliance and understanding to clean room behavior.
- Aseptic practice and good documentation practice are must.
- Packing
- Having exposure of maintenance, qualification, operation and cleaning of manual visual inspection.
- On line integrity testing M/c ( wilco), Blister Packing Machine, Auto cartonator, Track and trace system ( Utopia, Optel), serialization, isolator for dry powder and liquid filing line.

- To highlight technical issues during manufacturing of API products concerning process conditions and coordinate with shift in-charge and resolve Problems as well as take corrective actions where necessary.
- Having exposure of plant SOPs and formate as well as daily and monthly reports and maintain documents as per Regulatory authorities requirements like change control, Deviations or market complaints and investigation, if any
- Maintain Safety Practices.
